Order & Delivery
When will I receive my first box?
You will receive your first box immediately. After you have placed your order and we have received it, it usually takes a maximum of 3 - 5 working days for the box to reach you.
When will I receive my second box?
Your second box, as well as all subsequent boxes, will always be sent to you between the 5th and 10th of each month.
How can I pay for the box?
You can pay for your box either by credit card or PayPal. Of course, all express payment methods such as shopPay, GooglePay or ApplePay are also available to you!
Do I have to transfer the amount every month?
No, you don't have to. The amount will be automatically charged to you every month from the payment method you use.
When are payments due?
The first payment is made immediately, after which we always debit between the 1st and 3rd of each month.
Can I also pick up the box from you?
Unfortunately we cannot offer you a pickup at the moment!
Which shipping service provider is used?
We send all our packages with GLS. GLS has proven to be an extremely reliable and fast partner for us.
Do I receive shipment tracking?
Of course! As soon as we hand over your package to GLS, you will automatically receive a shipping notification and the corresponding shipment/tracking number!
Which countries do you ship the box to?
You can currently order the box for Germany and Austria. Other European countries will also be available soon!
Terms & Termination
When can I cancel my subscription?
You can always cancel your subscription after the end of your chosen minimum contract period (3, 6, 12 or 24 months).
Is there a notice period?
You can cancel your subscription at any time after your minimum contract period has expired!
The notice period is one month.
This means that if, for example, you do NOT want to receive a box in September, you MUST cancel in August
How can I cancel?
After your minimum contract period has expired, you can send us a cancellation email at info@pct-fishing.com at any time.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription will automatically renew for one month after your minimum term has expired.
So you don't have to worry about missing a box after your chosen run time.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Yes, you can choose for each of our boxes whether you want to subscribe to the box for 3, 6, 12 or 24 months.
